About the Position:
As the Operations Manager responsible for the daily production and operational oversight of the Holland, MI laboratory, this role provides leadership with respect to business planning, leads implementation activities to deliver on strategic goals and ensures all compliance requirements are maintained. In addition, a significant role is to coach, lead and streamline operations as a key member of the upper management team. This role is accountable, in conjunction with the Laboratory Director, for the financial and business performance of the laboratory, ensuring that the operations support and contribute to corporate direction and fostering a work culture that is fully aligned with ALS core values.
