About the role:

 

The primary purpose of this position is to recruit subjects to partake in clinical testing and the creation of media content. This role involves facilitating the recruitment of participants in strict adherence to the study protocol and established criteria, as well as fostering positive and reciprocal relationships between participants and the company. Additionally, this position entails collaboration with a team of recruiters on multiple ongoing studies simultaneously. 

Responsibilities

About you: 

  • Screen potential participants for study eligibility based on inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Help to grow the participant database using social media and referral program.
  • Track and schedule participants from recruitment to close of study.
  • Use a CRM database to manage participant data and contact potential candidates.
  • Maintain communal spreadsheet to select current and accurate information and keep up to date notes on participants.
  • Meet hard recruitment deadlines and adapting to schedule changes.
  • Control documents/records under your responsibility.
  • Implement disposal action and/or corrective/preventive action.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in clinical trials preferred.
  • Diligent work ethic and the ability to work with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.
  • High energy level, confidence and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working at a computer for an extended period of time.
  • Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
  • Remains flexible, professional, and patient when dealing with changing priorities and assignments.
